Mithras has 2 different Property teams, one dedicated to the Italian market and the other to the French market:
Our French team underwrites property business in France and Monaco offered to us by approved intermediaries. Our maximum acceptance is EUR 30,000,000 per risk, which can be used to write 100% of a risk or for a coinsurance share. This capacity can be increased in the open market using our placing broker BDB Limited.
The business written covers a wide cross section of commercial and industrial risks, including those in administration or in liquidation. We do not underwrite personal lines other than very substantial private properties. In addition to material damage and business interruption, we are able to offer separate third party, products and property owners liability cover in most cases.
We offer flexible terms and an unrivalled knowledge and understanding of the market.
All our contracts are produced in French in accordance with the French Code of Insurance and all key staff are French-speaking. |
